It’s a fine summer’s day at Glossier HQ, and if you were to take a tiny peek into the stairwell here, you’d catch New Yorkers in white sneakers (or low, sensible heels) jogging between floors, applying lip balm as they go and trying not to spill iced coffee on each other. Before the arrival of the evening’s Golden Hour and the imminent Instagram story reverse camera "I'm off work!" video, makeup bags will be pulled out and eyeliners will be reapplied, hair will be combed, and lipstick will be swiped, all in varying textures and shades. Here's to the makeup bag you bring to the office—the one with the power to change You into You After Dark. Take a peek inside the dopp kits of Glossier HQ (round two!):

I carry two mascaras in my pouch: followed by –one for volume and one for length and separation. My really lasts, but I bring it in case I need to refresh my usual cat-eye. If I’m meeting up with friends after work, I touch up my foundation’s vulnerable spots with . I’ve been using to condition my lips before my choice lip color of the day: either or . I have allergies year-round, which means my eyes are dry and irritated all day and I'm sneezing constantly. I keep with me so I can still look fresh and dewy–it really helps to moisturize and calm redness around my nose so I don't look like Rudolph. I also have two different kinds of eye drops: One is a prescription that I got from my doctor and the other is . is the best, and I use to clean up any smudged mascara and eyeliner. In case I’m going out after work, I keep , then whichever lip color I'm feeling: is the perfect "your lips but brighter" look and is my favorite red for summer.
